Raylene did an incredible job! She was very knowledgeable about the fun things like house styles, as well as the things things to look out for. For example, she knew that the house we were considering was built in the 60's, and suggested we get an Orangeburg inspection (which ended up coming back positive, and she negotiated a better price because of it). She was responsive, able to answer all our questions, and handled all the little details so we didn't have to worry about a thing
We went in to pick up a few things including the special perks price on the bananas. We paid full price for them. I have a PERKS card, but evidently it was not the newest version. They scanned the card, told me I had to go over to the customer counter and update, then charged my husband the full price for the bananas. Very disappointing. Not great customer service in my opinion.

Raylene went above and beyond to help us sell our house. She guided us along the way, did a few favors to help us keep the house in top shape while managing showings and little kids, and helped us get thousands more from our sale than we would have on our own.
