We recently closed on one of the new homes built in the new Mirador subdivision of White Rock, NM, by Raylee Homes. We were afforded, prior to closing, a “presentation” of our new home, but told that a presentation did not constitute a punch list walk through, and after closing, any deficiencies would need to be handled as warranty issues. Raylee Homes built our custom home for us. The spring after it was completed, it was entered in the parade of homes and won multiple awards. The home is well built, well insulated, and Raylee was extremely easy to work with. We took one of their basic floor plans and significantly changed it to accommodate our needs, and it was built just like we had imagined!
