Recently purchased a vehicle from Rayes Inc. Exceptional service, with a very kind and friendly atmosphere. They made the whole process smooth and hassle free.
Not honest or transparent at all, avoid this dealer. Had a car listed as "minor accident" when the Carfax showed a $49,000 claim on a car that's $59,000 new. Better yet the car was already "sold" but still remained listed. These are multiple violations of OMVIC advertising regulations. I then got marketing emails for other vehicles after inquiring, despite getting no follow-ups on the actual vehicle of interest after I asked about the accident history. Extremely shady. Excellent, professional and friendly service
I recently purchased a Dodge Caravan from Rayes Inc. and the process could not have gone smoother. I dealt with Mazen, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time financing a vehicle and he answered every question and was able to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. Very honest and family oriented dealer. Would highly recommend.
