poor service – Hi I just wanted to say what poor customer service you have. talk to me like I had two heads. I received no help for what I needed no one even looked to see if they could fix my problem actually they had no idea what I needed or what they were doing so I went over to SunandSound they were more than helpful fixed what needed to be done and have no problems since
STAY AWAY... – Convenient, i guess, the only place in town for the services. These people have never heard of customer service is. Rude, they talk down to people. They might be pleasant when selling you something, but God forbid there is an issue with their sub-par work, they are act bothered by the fact that you have dared to return. Please, save your time, money, and lots of aggravation. Take it somewhere that will do things right the first time, and stand behind their work if something is wrong.
Don't touch with 10 foot pole!!!! WARNING – Bad customer service, manager Jeff seems irritated all the time, walks away mid-conversation. Work appears to be mediocre at best., I DO NOT RECOMMEND RAYCO.
