Reliable company Rayborn has always been fairly priced and they show up when they say they will. They have been in business a long time with some long term employees. the wait for an appointment is usually not too long, and the come fast for emergencies.
On time We recently had updated our kitchen and we needed a new sink. Of course we also needed a plumber. We called Rayborn, the came right a way,. The gentlemen was very nice and efficient, also very good. I would recommend Rayborn to anybody.
Good Friendly Plumbers Rayborn's Plumbing is very user-friendly. Their response time is normally no more than 3 days for normal problems. The plumbers are friendly and professional and can fix anything. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Also offer a senior discount.
Horrible business. I've never been treated worse, as a REPEATING CONTRACTOR, like I was by Rayborns Plumbing. Most unsettling experience I've had with them by far. No business has ever talked down to me like that, as a contractor. Other bad reviews stated they received an apology - they didn't apologize to me. Nonetheless, I will not be doing any business with them in the future.
Terrible. Had "Cap" come out to do an estimate. He promised a review within 3 days. One week later, we contacted them...no estimate...four days later, we contact again. Same promise, no estimate and no contact. Our quest to use locally owned and operated was definitely tarnished by this company's lack of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There ARE wonderful companies out there but Rayborns isn't one of them. Sad.
My mom had a plugged sink and, yes being only son tried to fix, no joy,, bummer, anyway, Charlie from Rayborn plumbing (after web research) showed up Tuesday morning referred to us by Rome Plumbing in Sherwood, great price, great communication by Charlie, my Mom felt comfortable the whole way, kudos to this company and it's excellent employees , yeah archaic metal plumbing, everything I touched broke, Best Bill
Always Good Always Consistent – I use Rayborn's to fix all my plumbing needs in my office. We are in a high rise in downtown Portland and they are always courteous, do a good job and don't leave a mess! They even remember me when I call. What more could you ask for? Thanks Rayborn!
