Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I was told to get undressed from the waist down and the doctor would be in to see me. I waited for over 45 minutes undressed. I did not receive an apology for my wait. They did not even acknowledge my wait time. Both him and his nurse talked down to me the entire time. They were unaware of basic information that was in my chart. They dismissed all the things I told them, and were trying to treat me for symptoms I was not experiencing. Dr. Elkattah is an angel. His presence alone brought me so much peace and comfort before, during, and after my surgery (laparoscopy). Can't thank him enough for being so thorough, smart, and kind. He's a trustworthy doctor that will do whatever it takes to figure out what is wrong with you, he just wants you to feel better and has your best interest in mind. I recently was referred to Dr. Elkattah for numerous gyne problems I was having. From that first apt I knew I was in the best hands. He is very knowledgeable, so intelligent he would come down to my level of understanding and I am an RN. He is kind, listened patiently to every detail of my issues. My surgery was one of the best experiences, and I am on the mend. I cannot repeat cannot recommend this kind and caring Dr. Enough, thankful to God for placing me in his hands.
