I visited the store and ordered my dress July 2023. They told me it would take about 6 months, so I knew I’d be waiting a little bit. However, I was made aware from other brides and seeing reviews about fraud and that brides aren’t receiving their dresses. No one is answering the phone at the store nor emailing back. They remove negative reviews but Becareful . They are a scam . I paid them $3,500 for a dress in January & my dress was NEVER ordered . They kept my money & refuse to contact me . I have hired a lawyer to sue them
Scam company - do not purchase from them. You will get ghosted after purchasing and never receive your dress.
BRIDES BEWARE !!! Why isn’t ZERO stars an option?? My friend ordered a dress from these losers MONTHS ago and it’s a few months to wedding time. They haven’t even ordered her dress yet?? They’re claiming to “be on top of it” and they’re having problems because of chargebacks? Um yeah, she’ll be doing the same because her dress was never ordered, even 6 months later! Don’t waste your time or money here!
