Ray was exceptional! He went above and beyond our expectations. His attention to detail and awesome personality made the whole experience wonderful! He worked hard to make sure we were happy with everything. He also walked us through the whole process and was very thorough. House selling/buying can be a nightmare, but Ray Williams made it look easy!
Ray helped my daughter and I sale our house fast . Our house was on the market for six days and it sold . Ray is the best he is not just my realtor he is my friend . He is a friend first realtor second . He makes it all come together like it should . Thank you ray your the best !!!
Update: Ray was our realtor for both the purchase and sale of our house. We CANNOT recommend Ray enough. He is professional. He is friendly. He has resources and connections that he offers freely! Ray Williams is a great Realtor - he knows the Knoxville area and was very helpful while helping us find are new home. He was always willing to make appointments to see newly listed houses, even on very short notice. The day we found our home he was willing to work late into the night to make sure our offer got to the sellers. He has also helped us, since we found and bought our new home, find other people and services that were needed while settling into our home.
Ray Williams was my realty representative for selling and purchasing. Throughout the entire process, he took great care to ensure that every step was clear and understandable by those unfamiliar with realty terminology and processes. Despite a couple of challenges, Ray was thoroughly professional and encouraging, while providing accurate summaries and information to allow for more carefully considered decisions.
