I have bought and sold several properties so I have dealt with more than a few Real Estate Agents. Richard by far was the most professional, trustworthy, who consistently maintained commication with me throughout the selling of my property and displayed honesty and integrity in the highest regard.
I keep getting junk mail delivered from this business despite having a NO JUNK MAIL sticker on my letterbox. Every other flyer dropper seems able to read the sticker except for whoever delivers for these guys, because they are the only people I continually get junk mail from. It reflects really poorly on the business to get a flyer from them wanting to sell your house when whoever's dropping it off can't follow basic instructions.
I had a great experience in buying my property. It was a difficult purchase and Richard Griffiths the agent was excellent. He was very easy to contact and was able to reach the other parties and keep me well informed
