Disappointed with Andrew Drane. Great guy very prompt during the sales campaign and super friendly. Andrew advised me the house I purchased had electronic garage controls. However that proved wrong and we had a gentlemens agreement in writing that due to the wrong advice from Andrew we agreed to pay half the costs to install the garage motors. I can give -10 stars if I could. I don’t think NCAT and fairtrading can do much so at least I can make my voice heard here: Please do choose them to manage your home if you want moulded, neglected and damaged property, and a fat anxiety required to be medicated. This is based on my personal experience with Andrew, Melinda, and Dennis (since then had quit). Entrusting them with my investment property was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made.
