I only had an experience with Jose Rodriguez from this company when he knocked on my door uninvited. Not sure if he was trained to behave the way he did, ie. whether the whole company should be held accountable, or he tarnished their reputation with his own choices. Unfortunately my elderly dad had answered the door, and Jose started asking him personal questions such as whether we are the owners of the house or renting.
