We've had the misfortune of turning up at a house opening in Duffy's Forest by Trevor Cain today. The moment we arrived, he made us feel unwelcomed. I couldn't quite work out why, until it eventually emerged that we committed the cardinal sin of not having made a booking. Every other property opening we went to didn't need a booking.
