Sam and the team did a great job of selling our property. Their initial valuation was highly accurate and set a good expectationwith us. They provided the right level of advice of what we should and shouldn't do to our property to obtain the best results. Follow up throughout the campaign was great and we knew where we stood at all times. Our property sold very quickly and at the target value.

We had an excellent experience with Benoit Guittonneau of Ray White regarding the recent sale of our Mosman property. We achieved an excellent result in what proved to be a challenging market due to oversupply. There was also considerable value add advice on renovations provided in the presale period (which we completed) and the sale process was well managed. Communication throughout the process was consistent, constructive and efficient. We are very pleased with the result

I was not happy with the service or the expertise of this group. Sold it with someone else once my agreement finished ,faster, offered far higher price range and without excuses.
