I had an awful experience dealing with Kim Olsen and the company. I made an offer for 1.2 mil for a property; Kim told me if I increased my offer to 1.3 mil, the vendor would take it. Now I increased my offer to 1.3 mil, and they still did not sell the property to me. They are using my offer to fish for higher offers. It was not ethical way of doing business.
