Dealing with Ray white (from a potential tenants perspective) has been a breath of fresh air. The staff (Alisson in particular) have been really kind and supportive talking a young adult through options and processes. Communication was responsive and helpful. Really lovely team.
It was great to have a manager who knows what is needed for a rental and has tradie contacts that can fix the problems that arise efficiently. It has been a joy to work with Shani and her team. We will definitely use you all again if we buy again in town. I'm not a big fan of your TAPI system to get copies of correspondence for MY RECORDS but I see that it works for Ray White, which is the main thing.
Shani, You have made our experience with Ray White such a joy. Nothing was to much trouble and you were always so organised. If ever we need to rent our property again it will be you we ring. Thank you for all your work it has been very appreciated :)
Shani and Corrine are legends they have always tried their best to ensure things get done repair as fast as possible. They are very professional and courteous people and I have use their services myself they were in Perth or Melbourne, I know my properties would have been in good hand.
