One of the worst property managers around. The mangers are lazy, indifferent, and wanted to do as little as possible. The manager we had even asked me, "did you want me to lodge an insurance claim" despite me asking her to several times. Did I just pay for insurance for fun? LANDLORDS BEWARE.
Great service, video walk through was reassuring. Being in another state she went out of her way to give me info.
Horrible service. We vacated the property and was told inspection was on the 1st of Sept. Then our agent went on leave, and someone else is standing in for her. I was told because they had people off sick inspection wasn’t done and they will get to it when they can. In the meantime our bond can’t be released and they just don’t care. Lazy people and rude on the phone. Try and avoid them as far as you can. We had endless issues with this branch.
Brett, and his team, were fantastic to work with by providing clear and transparent communication about expectations and updates Brett is an awesome agent, and we will definitely be referring our friends through!
