Our experience dealing with Mark Lu during our tenancy was very disappointing and, at times, unprofessional. Communication became very difficult when concerns were raised. During several phone conversations the tone became confrontational, and on multiple occasions calls ended abruptly when we attempted to follow up or clarify information. Mark Lu…unprofessional, a liar that gets involved in renter’s personal business. He screams like a lunatic on the phone when challenged with facts. He continued to hang up on multiple people like a child after every callback. He accuses people of false accusations by way of heresy with no proof. He gave out renters personal email and replies to others in the neighbourhood and allowed them to read the tenants replies.
