We recently moved into a property leased by the Ray White Bell Group and have had the pleasure of being supported by one of their Senior Property Managers, Shanee Johnson. The service has been truly excellent, including very timely actioning of any concerns we have had moving in, in order to have the property in good working order for our tenancy. I had a great experience dealing with Ellie Lichtwark from Ray White Property Management regarding a rental at Lagoon Main Beach. Although I ultimately decided the unit wasn’t quite big enough for my needs, Ellie was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. She made everything easy, communicated clearly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you again for your time, professionalism, and support — it was genuinely appreciated.
