I would be cautious of this real estate. For 6 months we questioned how and why we were always a week behind in rent, only happened once the property was sold. Never had the issue the 1.5yrs prior to this real estate taking over.. they weren't very helpful in wanting to resolve the situation until I went into the office, questioning exactly where my $900 went!! I have been a tenant with Ray White Bell Group at Southport since November 2023, and throughout my tenancy, Emma Norris and Maria Huggard have been outstanding property managers. Their professionalism, excellent communication, and consistent support have been greatly appreciated. While I would have gladly continued my tenancy, I had to relocate due to work and personal life balance.
