I purchased a Durango from them for ten thousand cash their total asking price which was supposed to have no issues at all I even have a video of them saying so they sent me. Then I showed up over an hour away mind you turns out that they didn't even have the title so had to wait to take the vehicle home. Then they had to do the "inspection and emissions" which were illegally passed once I finally got to take it from the lot I didn't even make it home and got hit with three codes on the dash. On May 16, 2024, I had my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer towed to Ray Walsh Auto by AAA. I rode with him, and I provided the serpentine belt, because I knew it was needed. I took photos of AAA as they parked it across the street from the shop in the residential neighborhood. I would call for an update, Reggie stated that they had started my vehicle and I needed a fuel pump and water pump. So, get a ride after hours to see if the vehicle had been moved. And it hadn't. Our mechanic in Bellevue passed away, so we looked around. My Dad's elderly gf bought a car here, gets her car inspected here. Always fair pricing, good repairs, good service. My Dad and I now go there. Not many small honest shops around nowadays, Walsh is one for sure
