Sold me a car with a bad transmission and several other issues
They were very nice during the purchasing process, Of course! But then when it came time to honor the warranty, they were so disrespectful to me as a woman, and now I have a used car with a severe oil and antifreeze leak, and a now expired warranty with no help.
We purchased a car from Ray a few years back and I absolutely would recommend buying cars from him. The car remains to be my favorite of all the cars we have ever owned.
