Tyler was great listening to my needs and wants helping me with my purchase. Austin in finance was clear with all the numbers too. More than 4 weeks later, haven't received paperwork for registration. Plates expires tommorow and dealer doesn't want to help cause they said it wasn't their fault. It was much worse than those words said to me. So now I have a nice car i can't drive until I get a special temp tag from the state. Thanks a lot Ray Skillman. Don't recommend.

Marcus done did me wrong ! My car was totalled he sold me GAP insurance I informed Marcus of this incident, He asked for a copy of total loss from my insurance company When I showed up at the dealership.to seek his assistance he was fine till he I informed him I bought a new hyundai from Ray skillman hyundai Avon. Very bad experience since I bought brand new Hyundai palisade 2023 i came to drop my car this morning and the lady Jennifer was very rude while i was there 12 :20 pm for my 1 pm service appointment first things she welcome me with ohh you so early and keep mentioning me that do you want to do your service because its $120 cost , i was surprised that she made me felt like I can’t afford service if i can afford new Hyundai palisade the reason was me dropping my car is my store is couple miles far from this place so normally i ... read more
If you're getting an oil change on a Saturday they close at 1pm and don't let you know that nor do they leave your keys with the sales staff (that has normal weekend hours). So you won't get your keys until Monday.
