Very frustrating and disappointing experience with this "professional" collision center. They failed to deliver a finished product and didn’t communicate clearly throughout the process, or after. I am still left with an unfinished product and have to constantly follow up. There is a clear lack of understanding and accountability from their team. I expected better and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
Honest and straightforward assessment of the damage to my car
I moved, and went to the Shadeland location because it was closest to my new home. I feel like a place to wait and restrooms are pretty standard for dealer service centers. Coffee isnt unusual. But free Cokes, and a perfectly behaved shop dog (who likes my dog) is well beyond the norm. Everyone in the place is friendly and helpful.
