RAY SKILLMAN HIMSELF AND ASKED WHY HE HAS BEEN THERE OVER 9 YEARS AND NEVER GOT AN APPOINTMENT. STILL NEEDING ONE BEFORE I CONTACT ATTORNEY ABOUT ALL ISSUES WHICH HAVE ALL PAPERWORK AND PHOTOS AND RECORDING AND WITNESSES.
