I am sharing my experience to accurately document what has occurred. If possible I would give a -5 stars. I entered into a Lease-Here-Pay-Here (LHPH) agreement with Ray Skillman for a used third-row SUV. Under this type of agreement, Ray Skillman retains ownership of the vehicle. If you need a car, go here!!!! Alexis was AMAZING!!!!! She went above and beyond to help me. I am extremely picky with my vehicles and she helped me find my dream car. She answered every text and call, even when she wasn’t working! She’s a WONDERFUL asset to this store and I hope they know how great she is! I will be buying any future cars there, just because of her!! Thank you Alexis!!!! I couldn’t be more happy!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Awful, awful experience. I was skeptical about the vehicle they showed me but I was convinced it was fine by the sales staff. Engine overheated 4 days later, with only 70,000 miles on it. After over 2 weeks in the shop I decided I just didn't want it anymore. Staff was very condescending when I asked them to just take it back. Was told I "might" get my down payment back, haven't heard back from them in over 2 weeks.
I recently got my new sportage here and everyone was very helpful, they tried there best to get me what I wanted at what I could afford. samantha was patient and new alot about the cars she showed me. I was in and out in under 4 hours. The only thing is i have had to air my tire up twice wirhin a week apart, its too low just to be from the cold so pls make sure everything with your vehicle is right!!
