EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & COMMUNICATION I wish I could give no stars. We waited nearly a month to get an "appt for diagnostics" only to be asked to bring the car in on Tuesday and then finally Friday WE called to follow up and it STILL had not been assessed. Unacceptable. No call during the week to let us know there would be delays, etc etc We finally picked it up on Friday afternoon due to lack of assessment and communication let alone no repair work. I brought my vehicle in for a second opinion after I was not given thorough answers from a different dealership that was not a Ray Skillman. I was eventually recommended to Ray Skillman by many people. I wanted better answers and a recommendation on whether or not a new vehicle was my safest bet. Justin was excellent. He had my vehicle looked at the next day (I had dropped my vehicle off after work in the late afternoon the day before) and he had answers for me earlier than anticipated.
