I was not aware that a simple tire rotation, oil change and 7500 mile inspection would take as long as it did, would have dropped off if known. Also, after the service my truck smelled of hot antifreeze and burnt oil. Not sure why.
Disappointed by Lack of Transparency I called Ray Skillman Southside to ask about two issues with my 2011 Sierra 2500 HD: 1. The fuel-pump handle keeps shutting off while refueling 2. The truck cranks but won’t start I explained that I had already done some basic troubleshooting — including swapping the fuel relay — and that I could not hear the pump prime. I was upfront and clear that I’m trying to budget responsibly for what I suspect is a fuel pump issue. Unfortunately, the service rep told me it would cost $185 per issue... read more
