I paid Ray's Self Storage for 30 days rental of a 10x30 storage unit. I made this payment on 7-29-17. I My contract coverage was through 8-22-2017. On 7-31-2017, 2 days after paying for the storage unit, an employee(s) of Ray's Self Storage determined that my unit was empty. Even though I had rented it until 8-22-2017 they "closed out" my contract with no notification to me and removed and disposed of my lock. I had a very unusual set of circumstances that required Trella and Steve to assist me in many ways with my storage, and consequently, my soon to be inevitable, international shipping needs. Both Trella and Steve took care of every concern that I had without even batting an eye.
