Worst customer service ever. Quoted me one price and then went up $25 the 2nd month. Not only did they change my rate but charged me a fee to change it. Drove me crazy calling me to get my business. After that they will not even return your call. I have cancelled my policy and now they are telling me I still owe money even though I cancelled 3 days early and had already paid for those 3 days. $10 really!!!!!
Ray and his team were able to understand my needs and quickly issued a policy within 15 minutes, which satisified the requirements of my apartment complex and my expectations. They made sure to send a copy of my policy to the complex, so that I wouldn't have to worry about it while traveling. I would definitely recommend Ray and his team to friends and family
