Dealing with State Farm as our insurance company has not always been smooth sailing. That being said, Francisco was very helpful when we reached out needing to terminate our policy after our vehicle was totaled. Really appreciated how he addressed our concerns.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my insurance coverage in detail, making everything easy to understand. Estela also worked quickly to set up my new policy, which I really appreciated. I’ve also been impressed with the State Farm app. It’s super convenient—I was able to handle a claim and manage so much directly through the app, faster than having to call in.
I appreciate the kind and professional service I receive at my local State farm insurance office. I've been a customer of State farm with Ray for almost 25 years. I appreciate the service from Estella home has given me supportive service during a difficult time of loss. Had a great experience, my parents went in looking for life insurance. The agent (francisco) was knowledgeable, answered all of my parents questions/concerns, explained the policy, gave them a great rate. And they signed up on the spot. Nice friendly environment. Would recommend 👍🏼
Ray ended the phone conversation without a sale,but he was very thorough and informed me what I at this time in my life . So I have to give Ray two thumbs up for his effort. Spending most of my career in mgmt this kid could be someone of great importance to the company or someone’s else’s ???
