I just walked through your showroom and looked at bikes. The only person to speak to me was the pretty young lady hanging up tee shirts. Everyone else was either looking at their phone or a computer screen. I am planning to purchase a bike within the next 60 days. I've been trying to decide where to buy it from my visit today helped me decide that it won't be at Tobacco Road H-D.

Pitiful experience, almost comical. TR picked up my 2018 Heritage for service and to diagnose cranking issue May 9th. after about 2 weeks sitting at store, bike is finally diagnosed. Bad BCM. Recieved phonecall saying bike was fixed, just to receive another call 10 minutes later saying just kidding. She called the wrong person. The estimate went from 800 to 1,800, to 1,000 and back to 1,500 over the course of 4 weeks. A lot of spam calls and random calls trying to sell you a bike, parts is great but sales ruined it for me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Absolutely amazing place! Service and parts departments where super friendly to deal with. My first time to any Harley dealership here in N.C. and was recommended by a friend of mine I work with that is a member of the hog chapter. A major plus is that mine was not the only v rod they had there so major bonus for them that they will work on one!!!
Ask for Chris Britt. Got a great deal on my bike and Chris and the entire staff at TRHD made the buying process very easy.
