We initially met with another office before scheduling a consultation here, and from the moment we walked in, we felt the difference and quickly knew this office was the right fit for our family. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained and how we never felt rushed. The Orthodontists here were so nice! I loved my time as a patient so much. If I were to go back in time I would NOT choose another place. The workers were funny, nice, and always had a good attitude even if it was in the morning! I would definitely recommend going here- and I have recommended my friends this place.
All of the staff are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ray is not only excellent at what she does, but she also takes the time to clearly explain the process and treatment plan using multiple approaches (discussion, visual aids, and dental models) so it’s easy to understand at any level. If I could give Dr. Ray 10 Stars, I would! I absolutely adore her and her staff. Approachable, accommodating, and very thorough.
Super nice people. My daughter has braces but isn't their client. Her rubber bands broke but this office gave her free ones because her normal orthodontist wasn't accessible at the time.
