All of the staff are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ray is not only excellent at what she does, but she also takes the time to clearly explain the process and treatment plan using multiple approaches (discussion, visual aids, and dental models) so it’s easy to understand at any level. The team made sure we were comfortable with any at-home care by having us do return demonstrations (such as advancing the expander and attaching headgear), which was incredibly helpful. If I could give Dr. Ray 10 Stars, I would! I absolutely adore her and her staff. Approachable, accommodating, and very thorough.
Super nice people. My daughter has braces but isn't their client. Her rubber bands broke but this office gave her free ones because her normal orthodontist wasn't accessible at the time.
Dr. Novak is great! He applied my braces as a teenager and now my children's braces. Staff is friendly and informative.
I saw Dr. Allison Ray after finishing braces at another office because I was still concerned about my bite, uneven teeth, and visible gaps that had been left behind.
