Leaky forced air A/C in tenants home. Panicked for fast solution at any cost e.g. repair or replace, as tenants must be comfortable/ Early morning call to Ray N. Welter and they sent someone at a time that worked for me and my tenant. Trustworthy, yechnician Ben said the hose needed replacing. I had a TRANE Central Air Conditioner installed yesterday. The Installer arrived on time. He said it would take him 4 hours to install the air conditioner. I left him alone for 3 1/2 hours. I wanted to see how it was going. I went outside to look at my new air conditioner. I noticed scratches on it. I told the installer, he ignored me. I stood outside to watch him. Had a great experience with a furnace tune up and repair. Called for a repair request for our AC as we like to stay with the same local companies. AC is not working for us on some of the hottest days, indoor temperature is over 90. Office employee was very rude saying she "lived without ac for years you can survive" and made a comment that I was slow to pick up the phone - on the second ring? will be going with someone else.

Leaving this review so others know how genuinely great the service is at Ray Welter. When you call, a real person answers the phone. I recently needed service on my AC. I called, a real person answered, and we scheduled an appointment for 3 days later. They gave me a window of 8:00-12:00 and said I’d get a call 20 minutes before arrival. I got a call from a nice guy named Scott at 7:40 saying he would arrive at 8:00. He identified the problem, fixed it, and I was once again completely satisfied with Ray Welter.
