We reached out to Rick to get an estimate for installing AC in our house, and we are sort of disappointed we don't need his services. He was so candid, and said it financially didn't make sense ($20k+ because our house has NO AC, no ductwork, nothing, it's from 1916) when our new window units were working great. I cannot recommend them enough! My AC stopped cooling on a super hot morning, and they were able to get a technician out to my house within hours before the mid-day heat hit. The tech was incredibly thorough, honest, and fast. He diagnosed a dead capacitor, found and repaired some low voltage wiring and had my system up and running in no time. Exceptional honest service at a fair price. They have gained a customer for life!
I called Ray N Welter about a month and a half ago just asking if they could have someone come by and give us some options on how to get our upstairs cooled down. We have central air but were really struggling to get any air flow up there. I was thinking we'd have to install a return vent upstairs or maybe go straight to mini splits. Mike Welter was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately for us, Welter does not work on the unique AC system (high-velocity) we have. However, Mike recommend several other companies that could help us. His responses were fast and clear. I would recommend reaching out to Welter.
