I had outstanding service by the Ray Lusk team over the last 48 hours. Our hot water heater broke down the day prior to the winter storm which would have been a major inconvenience. I called in the afternoon and a tech called me back 30 min later. He answered a lot of questions I had and said he could be there in 2 hours (10 pm) to replace it. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone or pay the extra charges for emergency work so I turned down his offer and asked if they could fit me in during the next day prior to the snow hit... read more
