Great Experience I took my daughter to see Dr. Pollock and his staff to check on an adult tooth growing behind a baby tooth. She was 9 yrs old and none of her baby teeth had fallen out. They decided that she would need to have two teeth extracted. The staff was very kind and patient. They knew how to make my daughter feel less stressful and my daughter got through it ! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!! I recently referred to Dr. Pollock's office by my son's insurance company. His staff and himself were wonderful! My son has been back 3 times since and has no fear of going there and doesn't mind going back. I will refer everyone I know to Dr. Pollock's office they were all around wonderful! Great staff. I was referred to Dr. Pollocks office by a family member a few weeks ago. I am new to the area so I was not sure where to take my children. I have to say that I was very pleased with my experience at there office in Palm Bay. The staff was very very friendly and made my kids feel comfortable right away. They were very informative when it came time to check out. I immediately called my aunt and thanked her for recommending the office to keep. Keep up the good work Palm Bay!
Loved Them ! My son had an Orthodontic consult with dr. Battle, he was very professional and informative. I was nervous about the costs but they were very reasonable and the girl gave me different options to pay that worked for us. I will be starting his braces next week. Glad we were referred to Dr. Battle, I am also switching his dentist to Dr.Pollock so we can be at the same office for everything.
Go There! Doctor Pollock in his Melbourne office was listed as a provider for my Ameritas insurance plan on my insurance company's website. The Doctors and Staff are very caring and informative. My two daughters love their time at the dentist. To make along story short, if you need to save money, and Doctor Pollock is a provider for your insurance plan...........Go There!
Thank-you Dr Pollock & Staff! Dr Pollock' s office is beautiful! When I walked in for the first time with my two children ,we were calmed immediately by the sweet staff and sea scape murals in the reception room. The new patient experience for my two kids was a bit long,but very complete. Dr Pollock sat down with me and pointed out things our old dentist didn't tell me about. Ray L Pollock & Assoc is quality!!!!! Ray L. Pollock and Assoc. has been serving my kids for over 15 years. The doctor does great work and I really appreciate the time he takes to educate me about my children's teeth. The office was clean, and has murals of fish and sea creatures for the kids to gaze at. Let's face it, most people and kids really hate the dentist, but Dr. Pollock and his office staff really have made us feel special. There are even toys and stickers for after the visit.
