Randy sold my previous house in a very quick process and sold and built my new house. Never thought I would ever want to go through the stress of building a new house but Randy made it a very easy process. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time. This company was re-roofing my apartment building near the University of Tennessee campus the week and a half before Memorial Day of 2016. I first noticed a small leak in my ceiling the Thursday night before Memorial Day and I immediately told my landlord and the president of the HOA. The following day (Friday) it practically monsooned which caused major flooding in our unit. Randy Susong is a horrible person!!! He will sale you a house and completely cover up evidence that the house has MAJOR issues!! Then he will NOT back up his word of what he will fix to make the house live able!! Actually reporting him to BBB and the Board of Realtors!
