Ray was incredibly thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was full of great tips and information while going through the different areas of the house, mechanical, and electric systems. He wasn't rushed, answered all of my questions, and delivered a stellar report. Highly recommended!

I am giving Ray one star because it is not possible to give less. Ray was recommended to us by our real estate agent. Ray does a very light glance of an inspection but doesn’t look for any serious problems for instance mold or previous flooding / water damage that my wife and I now have to deal with. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually cares about your future and your wallet.

I used this co to do my home inspection after settling on my home as a first time home buyer I excepted him to find major defects.My roof is leaking and he never caught it.The attic was extremely overheated due over insulation and plastic.The attic is sweating causing the roof the deteriorate from inside out and he went in my attic was in there took pictures and did not tell me this was an issue.Instead pick out stuff I could see on my own.This is ridiculous I used every dollar I had for settlement.I called my realator avoid... read more

I’m giving this company one star because I can’t give them zero stars and post my review. My buyer used this company to inspect my condo. I came home to find my oven was left on. This is home inspector101–turn off appliances after testing and leave the home as you found it. Along with the oven being left on there was some cleanup I needed to do. There was water over my bathroom floor, a salt shaker dumped out on the kitchen counter (guessing it was knocked over), and damage to my wall where an electrical box had been inspect... read more
