They contracted with Fresno Community Hospital to give my daughter a wheelchair with her medicaid, that she needs for 6 to nine months because by Dr.'s orders she is not to be on her feet, or walking. THEY REPOSSESSED IT! leaving my daughter without a wheelchair because "they don't take her insurance" then who was the ignorant staff that approved it in the first place?! Seeking a lawyer, and filing complaints to Better Business Bureau, and consumer affairs; as well as CA State Pharm Board.

Very unprofessional. They call to pick up equipment and 6 days later, it's still here. I called the pharmacy and they were to transfer my call, but instead disconnected me. If they are charging Medicare for these days, it is just wrong on many different levels. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
Why do you need me to release my full medical history and give you my social security number when I'm paying cash?
The manager is outstanding helpful and really tried to correct an issue caused by another medical supply provider
It's a good place if the bald head man is not there he claims to be a Manager he's an insult as a manager He denied that I had bought a walker there when I had spend over 1500 at the store good thing Roy was there and verified the product so please avoid the bald man
Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who always go the extra mile to assure I get the best items for my specific needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for medical equipment and supplies.
