Dr Keate made me feel like he loves his job and he takes pride in treating his patients. After being so mistreated while in so much pain by another practice I called his office and was able to be seen today ... He even killed an insect (hornet) that found his way into the office ( very clean office) and his assistants were outstanding as well

I was referred to Dr. Keate by my primary physician a few years ago. Dr. Keate and his medical staff have been very attentive in helping me resolve my medical issues. I love their patient portal -- concerns can be shared and a response is received within the day. It eliminates missed calls between doctor and patient. Great doctor!

Dr. Keate is one of the most patient, kind and caring doctor?s I?ve ever had! I literally drive over 2 hours just to see him! From the start, he listened to my medical situation, and spent quality time talking through different options with me. He personally calls me to check on how I?m doing, and always returns phone calls within the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Keate and his medical team!

Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to meet with Dr. Keate. I called on April 22, to make an appointment,1on hold for 15 minutes, told that they were busy with patients and will return my call. I didn't receive a return call, called again today, waited 5 minutes and told that they were busy with patients and that they will call me back. I then asked how long is the wait for a return call and she responded a week, so April 29. Please improve the waiting time and customer service.
