Lady answering phones is very rude her name is Beatriz I believe. I was going to have custom window treatments made here for my home, but after speaking to her I was totally turned off because of her attitude towards me was totally unprofessional and looking at the reviews this is not the first time this person has done this and I came highly recommended from a prestigious developer. How can you have someone like this represent your business.
