Answered a Craigs List Ad today for Contract for Deed $2000 in title for a home in Brooklyn Park. Sent info by email and received a text asking for additional info and down payment I had which I put $2000 which is what the ad had stated. Received text back saying $2000 not enough. I responded why since AD stated that. Said it was rent....Ad clearly stated home was available for Contract for Deed only! Told me dont be upset because you cant afford it LOOOOL RUN away from this SCAMMER!!!

I think I was scammed by Ray Enterprises. Truly nice, will seem willing to help you. Pretends to be sympathetic when you tell him your story Encourage you to trust then take your money. Said would take a week to get results back. But within a day or two tells you No, you dont qualify. My husband had a drug crime from 25 years ago with nothung else on his record since but we were denied. Ray might actually be from Nigeria cause I felt robbed!
