Dr English was extremely patient with me and very kind. I highly recommend him
Dr. English was excellent in extracting my tooth. The receptionist, however, insisted I was a liar several times. She cancelled my appointment and insisted she had talked to me. When I told her she did not talk to me, she stated three more times she had talked to me. I showed her the confirmation of the appointment. Highly recommend! I've had 3 implants donw by him. He's kind, gentle and very, very good at what he does.
These people like to double dip insurance payments and payments from patients for the same service. They refuse to give my money back because they say they are waiting to see if insurance pays for a subsequent service. However, they got a pre-treatment estimate for that subsequent service from insurance and I paid the non-covered portion. So they have no risk and are just using my overpayment for float. Unethical and undue enrichment. And totally nasty in an economically stressed environment. Avoid them like the covid.
I've had several surgeries here over the past 15 years. Dr English is highly skilled and compassionate. His staff is very professional and friendly. Just a great office. Highly recommended.

I had the best experience with my young son at Dr English's office. He was nervous but the Dr was so patient with him and his procedure was painless. Very glad I chose this office.
