rude custom service My husband and I went in on 12/22/11 looking to get a couple of kindels engraved.We stood at the counter waiting to be ask could they help us,after the previous person had already walked away. When we ask about the engraving,the women that was helping us had to ask the women that actually does the engraving if she had time and when she could get them done. Engagement Ring I am recently engaged! My fiance could not find the ring that he wanted me to have. He went to Ray's and found the most perfect ring it was just absolutly beautiful. The band is original and has an antique look to it. The diamond is heart-shaped. The ring took my breath away. Thank you.

wedding rings i searched every single jewlery store in decatur, springfield and on line ray was the onlyone who had what I wanted. they have a friendly staff they are more than willing to go that extra mile. some of the stores i visted made us feel as if we weren't good enough for thier store, not ray! since my wedding ring i have been back for other items and am going this weekend to check out the angel wing collection. can't wait!! thanks ray

Awesome Experience My Husband and I were treated with the utmost respect and the sales people were great..I found the perfect ring and they gave us an awesome deal.
