I was there several times in November for the same issue, not only was the front office staff condescending, but they charged me higher copays than instructed by my insurance despite the doctors misdiagnosing me with allergies. I recently developed another condition,. I was misdiagnosed again, and ended up in the ER a couple of days later. I went back for a follow up on how to treat it, I had to educate my doctor on my condition, because he had no idea what to do. Switching immediately.
