Where do I start with this company? They are truly the absolute worst! They messed up scheduling several times, only for them to call and remind me to make an appointment, but what happened to the one I had scheduled? They recommended to have my daughters tooth pulled because it had no enamel on it and it was beyond decay. So they sent us to the oral surgeon and he was rude and seemed pressed for time. We then went to an endodontist and he said there was enamel in the tooth and pointed out to us how the untrained person coul... read more

Everyone - Dr. Ann, Roxanne, Danielle - actually everyone - made me feel welcome and safe. Your new facility's architecture is outstanding, especially in interior traffic flow. As a patient remembering your previous Quincy Street location, your new location is a great leap in physical improvement. Also, I appreciate being counseled about treatment options and costs. I look forward to continuing my care with you.
The tech and reception staff was very nice polite and professional. The Dr. Showed no compassion, no concern, no nothing! I will not be back and will make sure others are aware of the poor care I received. Very disappointing!
