Price, without a quote. I had a warning light go off and scheduled a service. I was told I needed a battery which would come to around $350, which I thought was high, but I had no choice. About an hour into the service my service person came into the waiting room and said the mechanic recommended I also should have ??? Something about carbon cleaned, I gave her the ok without asking the cost. I ended up receiving a bill for $829.00. Recalibrating forward looking sensors on 2022 Cadillac XT5 Keweenaw Chevrolet has again perfectly serviced our '22 Cadillac XT5. They have taken care of all of the routine services over the past two years and thus saved us several 14 hour roundtrips to the dealership that sold us the car. This recalibration service however was not routine and Keweenaw Chevy came through again. Thank You, Thank You

Excellent service at Sheehan gmc. Super highly recommended Colin my service advisor was aces. He understood my issues and complaints, was very thorough in his notes and was able to have the amazing staff at Sheehan gmc to pinpoint the problem and fix the issue so quickly and accurately.
