response time on when a potential customer asks a question and gets told the question will be passed on to the service department manager and then you call to find out if the question ever got passed to the right person and then you get told they'll call you back with an answer before the close of business that day and its been 2 days doesn't sound to me like you want the business

my husband's nephew was killed in 2008 in Afghanistan someone set up a ride in memory of him for his 10-year anniversary of his death my husband really wanted to ride but we didn't have a bike to ride Ray C's Harley-Davidson set up for my husband to take a test drive so that he could ride in this it meant the world to him (we were going to drive to Chicago to rent a motorcycle) but because of the caring people at Ray C's not only did they save us a trip to Chicago but they made his dream come true I can never thank them enou... read more

Father & son r great people. Ray senior helped me put on a car show for St Jude Children’s Cancer Hospital. He let us use his snack bar trailer- and purchased most of the trophies. Also treated me well in getting my Kawasaki 175 street/ field bike. God bless them both. We raised over $500.
