As a new RV user (I tent camped for over 50 years), I was looking forward to the new experience. It took over seven months for the camper to arrive which seemed a bit lengthy. The actual sales went reasonably well, but upon arrival, I felt the walk around inspection prior to release was a bit rushed, and many details and questions would remain unanswered. Prior to purchasing our pop-up trailer, there were issues that were identified. A torn panel, celling vent not sealed correctly, the pullout panel was ripped from the box and there were holes in the fabric. We were insured that they would be corrected prior to us picking up the trailer after they cleaned it up. When we picked it up, the fabric had not been fixed, the pull-out canvas was not repaired as agreed upon and a new hole was created by the service department.
