I had an appointment to take my Mercedes in for device not available message on my command console. After 2 days I called for an update I was told they were back up and won’t be able to diagnose my car until end of week or early next week. After 3 more days service person Muhamad called me and said their will be an additional charge of $600 plus $350 diagnosis fee to troubleshoot the problem and was told the repairs could cost exceed 7 - 8 Thousand dollars which is crazy.
