I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 years, but after being charged $1331 plus tax for brakes, they lost a customer! What a ripoff, I will start using local shops from now on. They’re not exactly compassionate or pleasant either! I’m done !

Just got great service from Edwin at Ray Catena Mini in White Plains. I was prepared to take a loaner home but they had me In and out in about 10 min. In my experience,they stand behind the cars they sell & make sure I know that they value me as a customer. Thanks.
I noticed a bubble on one of the tires of my certified pre-owned Countryman after only 4,000 miles. The service department charged me $200 for a new tire. We live in New York; there are potholes. But I didn't hit anything that should have damaged the tire. Very dissappointed!
