They held my car for a week until I could pay in full. Also gave me brand new car mats for my FX. The windshield had a crack... so they replaced it for me free of charge. Very nice people at this dealership! Thank you to Brandon Gilmore, Lin Loye, and Alan Molini! I love my car!

Inquired about a used car advertised on both their own website and cars.com at one price. Verified this price with the first person I spoke to. Spent 2 days negotiating a few things, sent a relative up to look at the car because I was working, talked about my trade-in, etc. Was going to go up to test drive this weekend and suddenly they inform that there is a mistake, the price on the car is almost $4K more than advertised. They have changed the price on their site but not on the other ad. Bait and switch.
