The experience I've had has been nothing short of amazing. I've called a few times with questions and was given courteous and knowledgeable answers. That led to referring a friend there, whom was helped quickly and her concerns addressed with ease. My husband and I just bought our 2nd Infiniti. I had the best service. Matt Pinkerton and Easton Alarcon were awesome to work with. They made it so easy. I highly recommend seeing them for your next purchase! I had a QX50 but thought I needed a little more room, and went up to a QX60.

Well, the collision manager, Glenn York, is not a good representative of Infiniti of Las Vegas. We took our Q60 in after driving it home and the fog light was burned out. The lamp was full of condensation. After dropping it off to get it repaired, Glenn had insinuated that damage could cause it to burn out.
